1. make up your mind

7. avoid milk and milk products – avoid animal protein
8. avoid calorie dense foods – dry fruits, nuts and seeds, and packed, ready to eat stuff
9. keep your calorie count down to 1500 per day
10. have food high in fibre and nutrition
11. keep a simple fast once a week
12. drink plenty of hot water
13. eat your dinner by 6.00 pm
14. walk after dinner
