Welcome to a new What I eat and do in a day as a Vegan Yoga Teacher! Today I am giving you an update on my week 3 of Gojiman’s Gut Health plan (including my go-to low histamine recipes).

☽ recipes ☾

BAKED OATS:

Mix in a bowl: 2 cups oats, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Spread on a baking sheet and bake on 180 Celsius for 10 minutes until golden brown

Store in airtight container

BAKED OATS BREAKFAST:

– 3/4 to 1 cup of the baked oats (see above)
– 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
– splash of maple syrup (totally optional)
– 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
– dash of cinnamon
– oatly oat milk

MUSHROOM LATTE:

– 1/2 tsp Chaga powder: https://bit.ly/2VrsYtS
– 1/2 tsp Maitake powder: https://bit.ly/2VrsYtS
– 1/2 cup hot water
– 1/2 cup oat milk

LUNCH BUDDHA BOWL:

– 1 baked sweet potato (cut into chunks and baked at 180 Celsius)
– basmati rice
– quinoa boiled with yeast-free veggie stock
– lettuce
– broccolini
– dressing: 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, garlic powder, oregano powder

DINNER BUDDHA BOWL:

– thinly sliced courgette (sprinkle salt on it to make it softer and less crunchy)
– lettuce
– baked potato wedges (seasoned with oregano and garlic powder0
– rice
– broccolini

  2. I enjoy watching almost everything you vlog, so no worries there! -When it comes to phones not working right in the cold, I think it might be the backlight, I've seen that with LCD screens below zero a few times, I do believe it's common. Sometimes some body heat can resolve the issue.

  3. I love your videos! So interesting to follow your journey πŸ™‚ What I learned from herbs from the store: they are a fast-growing kind and will not stay for long. It's better to buy them at garden centre or something like that or plant them yourself!

  4. Oh my gosh! My friend and I were just talking about how the basil we buy from the store (a little live plant) never stays alive no matter how much we tend to it!

  5. Thank you for sharing about that conversation with your parents. I have been thinking about having a similar conversation with my parents cause I have had difficultly letting some things from the past go, but I feel soooo much guilt around it and therefore haven't done it, but this is making me think about it again. I am really glad your parents reacted well and you are feeling lighter!

  6. I also always clean right after I finished preparing my food and before I eat. I prefer eating in a clean environment for a clean mind. Plus I am too lazy to do it after ahahah
