  1. But the spike in insulin from the carbs negates the benefits. It causes inflammation and insulin resistance. Get the good nutrition in other food.

  2. If I eat anything before going to bed I wake up feeling like I'm starving. (it passes) Beans, potatoes, eggs, meat it doesn't matter. If I go to sleep hungry I wake up fine. (NO! I am not advising this. It's just an oddity)

  3. yeah, beans will blow your mind your ass and your gut. nothing but gas and bloating, the gut inflammation over time along with the enlargement of the bowels. swelling and gut damage not to mention constant massive shits 3 or 4 times a day, not thanks. you eat them i'll stick to meats, no gay bloating or gut damage, nothing but health from it, fuck the animals you stupid vegan idiots.

  4. I swear by this study and have been incorporating beans of every type to my diet for a few years since hearing it. I make a big batch every week, flavored with a bullion cube and packet of meatloaf seasoning. I blend it and eat it as a soup bowl with rice. Its beyond delicious.

  5. A video covering the most effective options for solving the issue many people have complained about with legumes would be much appreciated. I've read and heard many firsthand testimonials from people who give up on trying to incorporate beans, and also give up on veganism itself because of painful bloating and gas. And they have tried giving it time, and letting their systems adjust. Giving it time is not effective for them (myself included, and I have given it plenty of time. It — the promised or supposed adjustment or adaptation — just isn't happening; and those who promise it have lost credibility).
Digestive enzymes haven't worked either. And I am far from alone. You can find plenty of reviews sharing the experience of their ineffectiveness.
So truly effective solutions would go a long way toward facilitating better health for many people.

  6. interesting.
I heard before that chickpeas & lentils are natural, & that all other kinds of beans were heavily "crossbred" (or whatever is the proper agricultural term).
Now this video's data seems to reinforce what I heard, since these two types actually have stronger postprandial benefits than other beans.
