Super Easy Chinese Vegan Stir Fry! Assorted Mushrooms Stir Fry 三杯什锦菇 One Pan Chinese Stir Fry Recipe

I’ve requested Roland to use Sanbeiji method (simplified Chinese: 三杯鸡; or literally known as “three-cup chicken”) to cook this dish. Instead of using chicken, I asked him to use my favourite variety of mushrooms instead. Three cup chicken originated from Jiangxi province and is a specialty of Ningdu. The dish is also commonly found in Taiwan.

See the ingredient list below for your easy reference.

  2. Love, absolutely love mushrooms. Great recipe chef. Can't wait to try this. 🙂 Gonna add more mushrooms, cause I might have over shopped a farmers market. 🙂

  3. Hello, do I need to wash and soak the mushrooms 🍄 to soften them before tossing it into the pan? Also, if I don’t add the salt and reduce the premium dark soya sauce to 2 spoons 🥄 instead (to reduce the sodium 🧂 level), will it still taste good?

  4. Yum I'm def gonna try this! (I've been craving a mushroom medley since I moved away from home in Hawai'i) Can you make a video for scallop soup too please🙏🏼
