    my project group: WHERE ARE YOU WHY DIDNT YOU RESPOND YOU IRRESPONSIBLE STUPID KID WHY CAN’T YOU JUST DO THE WORK FIRST? WE NEED THIS DONE NOW!

    and now I feel guilty every time I try to take care of myself

  6. My favorite self-care activity is going to music jams (open mics), where I get to sing and play my instruments and reconnect with all my wonderful musician friends. We are like family!
