The best part about this recipe, outside of it being incredibly delicious, is that since they’re mini cheesecake brownies, you can probably enjoy as many as you like. That’s true for most of our recipes because we’re not the dessert police and you’re a grown up capable of deciding just how much you want to reward yourself with a sweet treat with less than 1 gram of sugar per serving… With that in mind, try to conserve some of these delicious brownies if you can!

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F and prepare an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a small pot over medium heat, melt the chocolate, butter and sweetener until smooth and then transfer to a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk in the eggs, almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder and salt until a batter forms.
  4. Stir in the chopped Quest Fudgey Brownie Candy Bites and transfer the batter to the pan and spread it out evenly to the edges.
  5. Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and using a handheld mixer, beat until fluffy, about 1 minutes.
  6. Add in sweetener and egg and mix until combined.
  7. Drop the cheesecake swirl ingredients over the brownie layer in dollops.
  8. Use a knife to swirl them together.
  9. bake the brownies for 24-28 minutes.
  10. Let the brownies cool at room temp before cutting into 20 squares and serving!
