RECIPE
-3 very ripe bananas (The riper they are the sweeter your ice cream will be.)
-2 tbsp of almond milk or milk of choice ( If you feel you need more, just a tsp at a time. If you add too much milk the consistency won’t be as thick and creamy)

1.) Peel and slice your bananas 1/4″ thick.
2.) Add them to a freezer zip-loc bag and put them in your freezer for at least 5 hrs. But, I like to put them in overnight. (Make sure your banana slices are in one thin layer/flat in your freezer bag to ensure they all freeze and freeze evenly.)
3.) Once frozen for the necessary time, break them up. Put them into your blender (make sure you have a strong one like a Ninja or food processor) + milk.
4.) You’ll blend and scrape down & off the bottom multiple times. Be patient, it will take some time. But, eventually you’ll get a creamy and smooth ice cream. If it seems after several times of scraping the bananas don’t move, add just a tsp more of milk.
5.) Serve plain or with your favorite toppings.

Hope you enjoy it!
