Menopause Skincare! OK you asked for it, so here it is. I feel like a completely numpty doing this video, so you better bloody find it useful. Estrogen declining impacts our collagen production. I personally saw my complexion change to dull, dry and sandpaper textured. I’ve been taking care of my skin now for about 5 months and have really noticed the difference.

Lifestyle factors that help you skin

▪️Nutrition: Mostly whole unprocessed foods for most of the time.

▪️Water: Most women are underhydrated. I drink around 3-4 litres per day of mostly water.

▪️Exercise: Moving every day. 4 x Strength workouts per week. A few runs, bike rides or other activity thrown in the mix.

All of these three things are great for cell renewal, and will in turn help your skin.

  1. Do you find the Vitamin C has a funky smell? I've never been able to stick with any Vit C product because I find it has sort of a weird scent; it's not strong but just odd and off-putting.
