Hey beauties! I made baked chicken with low carb hearts of palm brown rice. It turned out really good together. Quite a nice pairing the chicken and hearts of palm rice. It looks so much like rice too. I bought both the white rice and brown rice versions. I highly recommend trying it if you miss eating rice! Considering its low carb content, heart of palm can be safely included on the keto diet. This low carb, high fat diet may promote weight loss by encouraging your body to burn fat instead of carbs for energy. A typical 2-ounce (60-gram) serving of this vegetable provides around 2 grams of carbs.
