  2. Hello.

Are all severe case's of Peyronies treatable with surgery ? When I went to the Uro my Dr prescribed Tadalfil which it works however I have a pretty bad Hinge affect at the base / left side of the penis which makes intimacy basically impossible. In the urologist words he said , I don't want to cut into that plaque , hopefully the tadalfil works or you might have to live with it. His thoughts were that I'd be able to function based off of the photos he seen but I don't think he understood the angle and functionality of things with it bending at the base the way it does. Are there some cases too risky for surgery or if all other treatment for the peyronies fails the uro will do The surgery to attempt to restore sexual function for the patient regardless of how risky ?

    Thanks for your time
