Iv put foundation on to hide it and been told this can irritate it more!? I can’t go out looking this bad! It’s knocked my confidence massively. I’m now vegetarian so can I take fish oils??

10. I have tried EVERYTHING! Acne started after giving birth at 22, I’m now 32.. daily taking a lot of supplements:
    2x Mega B Stress from solaray
    2 x 2 Curcuma black (with pepper)
    2 x eye Q fish oile
    1 x vitex
    2 x 1 Vitamin A 1000qg
    2 x 1 bio zink 15mg
    1 x spekto multi vitamin from Solaray
    1 x high bifido (probiotic from duo’s choose)
    Still nothing works, I’m a vegetarian for more than 12 years, cleaning my skin consistently 2 times a day with mild products from the farmacy please help.. I even been on accutane more than 6 times.. it clears up and comes back after 3 weeks

15. Inositol has helped me a LOT! It didn't make it completely go away but it doesn't hurt and it's not even close to as inflamed
