  1. It is made of Wild Yam. The Best Progesterone is a Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. Suzanne Sommers talks about the benefits & advantage of BHRT. You can also listen to Barbara Hoffman, Dr. Christian Northrup.

  2. 7:27 sleep, clear thinking, energy is better.
The side effects can just be in the beginning when you are clearing out the old estrogen. It takes 3-6 months to see the results fully. This video is a gift, thank you so much. I can’t wait for my jar of progesterone to come in the mail. I used to use the cream years ago and then they stopped making the cream I loved. Thankfully as I was watching the Medical Medium the other day, making sushi rolls out of bananas, someone commented about his beauty products or personal care products like shampoo or whatever. So I looked there and saw that he recommended a progesterone cream. I feel so happy I could scream. It’s been so long. I never wanted the creams because the popular companies slip in a lot of extra crap I don’t want. So now I am just going through and seeing what women are saying about progesterone cream. I’ll probably make a video about my progesterone cream experience on my YouTube channel. This has been fabulous seeing your experience!! Thank you. Your enthusiasm is wonderful.

  3. I'm a guy and I started the Progesterone Cream. I'm taking about 20-30 mg/day and I have the same type of container for dosing. YES men need it. I'm also on TRT so maybe that's why I need to take progesterone as well.

  4. I'm 48 And suffering from insomnia and horrible mood swings I'm using a progesterone topical cream and it's helping. On my blood work it show I had estrogen dominance I'm premenopausal.

  5. Thank You Dear. Im checking in to this <3 Back when I was 39 (im 57 now) I had a partial hysterotomy, then I year later I had to have the rest removed and let me tell you I went Nuts ! And as my memory recalls Im thinking I had a hard time taking hormones' but perhaps I was taking the wrong kind.

  6. Wild yam contains estrogen NOT progesterone. Progesterone can also change to other hormones. Check out menopause barbies channel for accurate info from a Gyno. Thank me later !!!

  7. 8. You may want to look into Sally pacholok on YouTube if you've been diagnosed with bipolar…vitamin B12..the test you get @drs office is useless…it's not ACTIVE b12..you could be deficient.you can get your own injections on line.(it can also help with fibro..etcetc..look into the book called "could it be b12".. you'll be amazed! Good luck

  9. I just want to say, you are Beautiful! I have been so self-conscious about my weight gain over the years, I'm 60, and I'm going to get checked finally next month. Thank you!!!!

  10. They say you should apply progesterone cream below the belly button to reduce breast cancer… please do a little research…

I use progesterone cream and I love it… but only below my belly button and alternate places I place on..

Amazon has it I live it so much internal harmony.
