IN FULL: ACT records 38 new cases of COVID-19 | ABC News

ACT Health Minister Rachel Stephen-Smith provides an update on the COVID-19 situation in the ACT. The Territory has recorded 38 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19.
At least 16 of today’s cases were infectious in the community and 14 are yet to be linked to a known source.
