How to be happy, actually I mean content



Happiness is a fleeting feeling so really we want to be content. Contentment is being ok with where you’re at in life. There are proven ways to practice being content like gratitude journaling, positive mind reframing, nourishing relationships, doing things you love, rest, meditation. I’ll do a separate video on meditation. Contentment really something you learn and practice.
