How I Pick and Prep Blueberries #Shorts

Blueberries are so incredibly healthy for us and it can’t get any fresher than eating them off the bush…juicy and sweet! And when you go to Blueberry Acres they expect you to eat your fill while you are there so we never eat breakfast before we go!

We pick enough for a really good feed, blueberry muffins, blueberries in our salads, on rice cakes with peanut butter (don’t knock this til you try it!) and the rest go into the freezer for smoothies throughout the year.
