I hardly loose 20 kgs in 3 years cuz I'm hypothyroid and having thyroxine since 5 years now I feel by studies that I have high estrogen and low testosterone therefore my upper hips tricep and thighs are toooo stubborn and I'm failed to loose fat from these area …please help…now I'm becoming suicidal day by day …fed up :"( please

  2. Progesterone and estrogen were never meant to be Equal but there is a RATIO of progesterone to estrogen that is ideal. Usually 10:1 progesterone to estrogen. If estrogen is higher than 1/10 then you have problems with water retention. They were never meant to be equal like she just said

  3. I am now 70 years and have steady being gaining since 50..not a fan of exercise and I would have to eat like a rabbit to lose weight…I am frustrated and depressed because of age and too much fat. I feel life is taking me down 😣🤪

  4. I'm not sure what im doing wrong. I dont eat junk food anymore and try to eat better. Every time I start losing weight, it goes out of wack and its rinse and repeat. I'm sure these hormonal issues also have a hand in my hair loss. I used to hsve very thick and long hair and began losing it at 21.

  5. I do have hypothyroidism ,always been told not to eat fat and eat soupy stuffs ,excited to start this fatty ,low carb ,a gallon of water and no sugar diet ,will post the results soon

  6. I wish I could afford this…I started menopause at 19 . I was always under 120 till I went off birth control and got the news I could never have children. Then the depression hit 14 years later I'm 230 lbs and trying but nothing has worked.

  7. Brilliant, yet another article where someone is just selling a programme. Is it any wonder women are fed up with this and just give up. Everyone claiming to have the answer – for a price.
