Grilled King Oyster Mushrooms | Vegan Miso Scallops

These vegan scallops are made from the stems of grilled king oyster mushrooms. They are flavoured with a simple miso glaze to bring out the freshness of the mushroom. The checked pattern on the surface makes it look more like scallops.

3 King Oyster Mushrooms
1 Tbsp oil

Miso glaze:
1 Tbsp miso
1 Tbsp mirin
1 Tbsp sake
1 Tbsp water
1 tsp sugar
1/2 clove garlic
