Gov. Beshear signs executive orders regarding medical marijuana in Kentucky

Gov. Beshear has signed two executive orders associated with medical marijuana in Kentucky. The governor’s first executive order will allow certain Kentuckians to use medical marijuana that was purchased in a state where it is legal. Gov. Beshear also signed a second executive order that would start the sale regulation of Delta 8, a substance found in the Cannabis sativa plant. Delta 8 is currently legal but not regulated in Kentucky.

  1. I agree 💯 with this . Yes it helps so much. It's about time I'm so glad a lot of people can not be a criminal instead of pain and depression and people that have eating disorders

  2. This is a step in the right direction but it needs to go much further. Legalize ALL drugs and end the drug war. Treat addiction not as crime but as medical condition. Congrats Kentucky! I hope much more good news comes your way 🏆
