  1. I'm so glad you realised… I was actually waiting for you to realise that cutting calories is not the way to go. btw you are my biggest inspiration! I started at the gym a month ago and love weight lifting ☺

  2. I want to lose all the weight I have gained because of my thyroid problem but I don't know how to do it. I eat whole foods (vegan) almost all the time. I exercise 5 times a week for an hour and I walk for 30 to go to work. Nothing is working 😭😭😭😭Im frustrated

  3. Eat intuitively and if you want to get really lean, just lower the fat to little or no overt fats. The fat you eat is the fat you wear πŸ™‚

  4. I'm interested in learning more about sweeteners and other people's preferences on them. Do you avoid sweeteners or have a preferred sweetener such as sugar, or sugar alternatives? I'm in search of healthier option. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated.

  5. You should reach out to High Carb Hannah. Incase you don't know who she is she already follows a whole foods plant based diet and has lost a lot of weight.Β Lately she's been talking about getting that lean fit body but she just rides the bike. Help get her on the strength training bandwagon!

  6. I'm nowhere near lean, I eat whole foods and exercise for 30 mins every day in a combo of HIIT and ab exercising. I've been on a vegan diet for a year eating 1,650 calories a day. It's frustrating me, I want to be fit but I feel like I never will be

  7. Do you do any cardio or HITT cardio in your workouts? I'm very conflicted whether to keep it or how much of it to do in my fitness routine

  8. hey Stef, love your positive message and glad you have decided to do things the healthy way. You are such a great example however I just wanted to mention that human beings need to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight. Your body fat set point is obviously quite low and you have an excellent muscle base which also helps. For most people – vegan or not – they will need to be in a significant caloric deficit to be "stage lean". You are lucky that you stayed so lean eating so much while bulking πŸ™‚

  9. I LOVE YOU! That's the point it should gives way more peolpe like you. motivating, stunning and inspiring to stay healthy and fit on a right way! THANK YOU SO MUCH Already execited for all the videos xoxo

  10. Hey stefanie! idk if you already did it but i am deciding on wether to joing your website but I really don't know what I would get. Would I get diet plans and macros or just workouts? pelase do a video about it or please explain hahaha thank you πŸ™‚

  11. Good for you! You are a wonderful role model for young girls. Just showing how you can change your mind/admit a mistake in your thinking, shows your great character! ☺ Not many people out there who can do that!

  12. Good job, Stefanie! Personal example always has sooo much more influence than the verbal advice… "Do as I say, not as I do" never works. So BIG thumbs up for your decision to switch the cutting plan with intuitive+cardio. You know by now how much influence a public advice has on people (young people especially). My support to you.

  13. 2000 calories with an exercise regimen of cardio and weight lifting is low. I do the same combination in one hour splits (2 hours daily) and have noticed that I tend to get hungry at night, so I need to up my intake by 300 maybe. Also, cardio definitely helps you define the areas you're building! I'm getting leaner and hungrier as the weeks go by. πŸ‘ŒπŸ˜Š

  14. No need to explain yourself love. Do you, I think you are doing amazing and your goals and results areπŸ‘Œ you've knowledged yourself so much and have good role models. So many uneducated ppl will pick out every little detail and complain. Go get it girl.

  15. ppl can gain weight and hardly eat anything (regular meals)It only takes a few days a month of going over it's around 3400 cals or something to gain a pound, and on certain days i can see how that can be so easy to do,while still really hardly eating anything at all. That's why it's best to know calorie contents of everything and to consciously moniter urself from one given day to the next!
