IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video’s meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn’t anything new. Most people who’ve been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you’re unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn’t for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that’s not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn’t mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You’re not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I’ve explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don’t take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you’re not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

  1. finally reached here after 2 videos of d1….my stomach is already itching from the previous video…i have 20% energy left but still lets do it…we all can do it..u can take more nd longer breaks but just don't give up…its been 2 hrs for me nd i am here…lets do it

  2. Are these local slimming exercises really true? Has anyone been able to flatten their stomach with this exercise? I heard that there is no local slimming, and the body burns fat from any part it decides, and you cannot decide where to burn fat first.

  3. just completed the 2022 get abs challenge! well i don't have abs (obviously) but my core is so much stronger and i started seeing some "11 line" definition!:) keep going, it's worth it

    day 1 – ✅ good but i’m sweating a lot! i did two of her workouts which i will be doing everyday!

    Day 1: did this after stretching ,was surprisingly easy ❤
    Day 2: some exercises will eat me up but i fly through some too ,,it was harder than yesterday tho 😢

    1. сделала. так как у меня гастрит, было очень тяжело. плюс, я занималась в 3 часа ночи, что тоже неблагоприятно для организма, но я планирую повторить эти упражнения ещё днем.

  7. When i was doing the side plank dip and twist i put my wrm on the ground and i could slowly feel my bone slipping out of place and almost dislocated my shoulder bht i moved in time. Scariest moment of my life 😭

  9. My last day with the 2022 get abs challenge, and what a way to end. I feel accomplished. I always find a little pride finish the last day of a challenge. You did it!!! If you are here with me pushing hard through this, you are epic!!

    1: Fue el día en que hice el calentamiento, no podía dejar de pensar ¿Esto es SOLO el calentamiento? Al final termine el tercer video no hice enfriamiento, estaba agotada

Me dolía el cuerpo pero empecé antes de que llegue la noche, solo hice los videos obligatorios pero fue un alivio que no fuesen tan exigentes como ayer, reconozco que hago los ejercicios mal, pero soy lo mejor de mi y me concentro en los músculos que ella pide deacuerdo a lo que mi cuerpo es capaz de hacer.
