Gentle Morning Yoga For Beginners: A Full Body Stretch

This full-body stretch is a perfect gentle morning yoga sequence for beginners and regular practitioners alike. Stretch the spine, neck, hips, and legs with this juicy and slow morning stretch.


When we wake up in the morning, we are often tight and sore from lying in bed all night. This morning stretch for flexibility gently wakes up your muscles, joints, and ligaments and can be done in less than 15 minutes before you start your day. I love doing this after I travel or when I just need a break from my regular yoga practice, so it’s good for beginners and regular practitioners!   1. This has helped me so much. Iโ€™m a tennis player and I walk 3 miles every evening. I have noticed how tight my muscles have been getting lately. I found this yoga routine and I crave it now every morning to do some type of yoga every morning! I also love the 40+ routine you have for women. Thank you so much!

  2. I have covid at the moment but hadrly any symtoms, so I still wanted to do yoga but something very gentle not very vigorous. Came across this video and I think it is so perfect, very relaxing and gentle but still with enough movements and stretches for me to feel a benefit. Thank you so much!
