  1. 14th august: 1st day doneπŸŽ‰ βœ”οΈ I have Been weightlifting somehow throughout this year but I'm still overweight decided to add pilates to my routine to burn fat πŸ”₯ the first 3/5 minutes I had lots of breaks but the end was kinda easy felt the burn!! LOVE IT!!!
    15th august: 2nd day doneπŸŽ‰ βœ”οΈ!! It was kinda hard cause i ate a lot today especially the first session, had lots of brakes but still sweated and burned some fat πŸ”₯
    16th august: 3rd day doneπŸŽ‰ βœ”οΈ the workout was hard and sweated a lottt
    17th august: 4th day doneπŸŽ‰βœ”οΈ I really felt the burn in my inner thighs and quads, the abs part was hard I had to take some little breaks (5s) but still sweated πŸ”₯
