Florida Supreme Court approves medical marijuana initiative for November ballot



The Florida Supreme Court has approved a medical marijuana initiative for the November ballot. The 4-3 vote comes just three days after a petition drive reached the required number of signatures to place the measure on the ballot.

  1. I do not smoke and don't plan on ever smoking in the future but I believe that God has created this herb for people who have pain. All the prescription companies are paying the heath associations to oppose medical marihuana because they can't make $ from it!! Look at the trends, big companies. Why don't you do your research and create the most powerful strains/concentrates possible and bank on it!? They would be laughing all the way to the bank for sure. If its all about $ then stop killing people with poison and start growing "FDA approved" medicines that are all natural.
