  1. This is horseshit, and let me explain.
    How you loose fat comes down to training, recovery, and diet. As one commentator put here, calories in and calories out. However, it’s significantly more complicated than that.
    If you want to loose weight, start going to a gym. Focus on resistance training to build muscle, and cardio go burn carbs and calories. Make sure you eat in a caloric deficit and sleep well.
    Additionally, where you loose fat comes down to genes and human biology. However, with enough of what I commented, you can achieve said goals.
    Finally, do your research using reputable sources and influencers. Figure out what plan works for you, and follow it. Don’t hate yourself for how you look now, and don’t compare yourself to others. Your success is relative, and I’m sure to anyone that reads this who is struggling with weight, you can do it.
    Also do not buy the morning coffee. It’s a scam. Loosing weight comes down to your life choices.
