The #EATG, organized an e-meeting for members and community organizations involved in diagnostics procurement and testing service delivery, where representatives from the WHO Headquarters and Europe, and The Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics (FIND) provided updates on the research and development of rapid diagnostic tests (RDTs) for self-testing of HIV, viral hepatitis, and STIs.
This community e-meeting took place on 15 April 2021, 13.00-14.30 CET
The meeting was moderated by Frank Amort, EATG Combination Prevention Programme Chair.
The session started with a presentation by Emmanuel Fajardo (WHO Headquarters) with reflections from Dr. Nicole Seguy (WHO Europe), followed by a presentation by Sonjelle Shilton (FIND). Meeting participants took part in Q&A sessions with moderated discussion. Closing remarks for the meeting were made by Ann-Isabelle von Lingen, EATG Policy & Programme Manager.
