Delta 8 THC: The 'legal' version of marijuana

Delta 8 THC, a new product on the market, is being called “weed lite.” Unlike your standard marijuana, Delta 8 THC is being sold legally to buyers without a prescription.

“The difference, we’re talking about Delta 9 being cannabis, Delta 8 being available in hemp. If it’s hemp, it is legal. Still gets you stoned and it is made legal under the same laws that made CBD legal,” said Carlos Hermida, owner of the Chillum Glass Gallery and CBD Dispensary in Ybor City.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd says the products are the “next step in the way to stone America.”

  1. That sheriff is the reason we can’t have it legalized, stop worrying about what people are smoking it because they need it. In fact I wish he could smoke some and see how much his opinion would change

  2. I have smoked weed and drove for years and never had an accident other than when I was a young kid driving with no experience or license. An I panicked so I let a buddy drive instead. Unlike alcohol.

  3. I smoke delta 9 cigarettes and buy delta 8 stuff from my cbd store and I’m only 19 years old it’s not bad but i prefer who ever buy it to smoke it in your home my cbd store you have to be 18 years old to buy it but i would not drive useing the stuff

  4. What’s good fam!! We re suppliers of top quality medical cannabis strains with good THC level 🌴🌿🍀. Equally, available are some cannabis by-products like CBD, edibles, vape pen, oil etc. We treat and recommend for those with anxiety, depression, acne, heart diseases, epilepsy etc.Would like to know if you are interested?

  5. If you all are tripping. Mine as well make cigs, alcohol and pain pills illegal. And stop being so selective. Targeting cannabis way too much. Target the meth and cocaine dealers.
