We’ve officially kicked off what promises to be a very unusual holiday season. Fortunately we’re with Mariah, in that we don’t want a lot for Christmas (or Hanukkah, or any other holiday)–all we want is youuuuuuuuu, baaaaby. Or, you know, whomever. So read on to find out your love forecast for December.
November 22nd – December 21st
Though this might be a sexy, fiery month for you if you’re dating around, you may find that beneath the blaze, you are a little more focused on the things you want to manifest in your love life long term. It’s not that you don’t need fun, it’s just that you need fun with a side of I-know-where-I’m-going-in-life. The end of this month may serve you up just the person you’ve been looking for, if you’re paying attention. (Hint: they may have been right under your nose the whole time.)
December 22nd – January 19th
You may feel like an enormous amount of pressure is lifted this month. And that makes a little extra room for fun in your love life. But rather than turning to an app, you may want to pay attention to a long-term friendship that has the possibility of transforming into something more. And isn’t that just your style? You’ve always needed to deeply trust people before you really let them in. And who better than someone you’ve really gotten to know over time. By the end of the month, you should know if your feelings are mutual.
January 20th – February 18th
This month, you’ll bring a focus on maturity, responsibility, and realism to your love life. Though that may mean having a heart-to-heart with your love interest about where things are going, it’s more likely to mean that you’re willing to put extra effort into the maintenance of your relationship right now, if you’re in one. If you’re out on the dating scene, keep an eye out for steady, stable types this month.
February 19th – March 20th
Finding the depth you desire in your love life may be a tad challenging right now. Though that may make you want to withdraw from the dating scene, don’t shut yourself out entirely. You may have more luck just being open and available to those who are your closest friends. And who knows, maybe there’s already something deeper growing there. Only you can know whether pursuing it is a good call or not, but remember that love can find you in all sorts of ways.
March 21st – April 19th
If it feels like you’ve been banging your head against a wall in your love life for way too long, don’t fret. This month, new opportunities will finally open up for you, and you’ll find yourself a bit more at ease. You’ve learned SO much about who you are and what you need in your love life. Striking a balance between the fiery passion you crave and the trustworthiness you need is now your top priority. This month may just bring you a mature and responsible love interest who’s tuned to your new-and-improved vibe.
April 20th – May 20th
You’re strong-willed and proud, which are generally noble characteristics, but a thriving love life requires flexibility. This month will test your ability to compromise with a partner, and it may be about subject matter that’s especially challenging for you. Now is the time to figure out what’s worth holding onto and what it’s time to let go of in your love life. Your hard work will pay off in the end.
May 21st – June 20th
Expect to calm down some of your notoriously dramatic Gemini ways, as this month you’re seeking some serious stability. You’ll attract more mature, focused, authority-figure types, and you’ll enjoy playing the flirty muse for a more sober-minded love interest. This will be a good time to steadily begin building a new and mature type of relationship in your life, if you are able to maintain your dedication to nurturing that connection.
June 21st – July 22nd
Things may feel like they’re seriously beginning to let up for you this month in all areas of your life. There will finally be room in your life for romance, and on top of that, you may find yourself attracting potential partners with real emotional depth at this time. Just make sure that you have plenty of time alone to take care of yourself if your health becomes a challenge around the holidays, though. Burnout is a very real possibility for you right now.
July 23rd – August 22nd
This month will bring lots of opportunities in love, but you will also be feeling disillusionment with the types of partners you typically choose. You are an intensely loyal person, and you expect that same quality in anybody who you let yourself get close to. So when people are all talk and no substance, that just won’t fly with you, and we say that’s a good thing. Don’t worry: if you can navigate past all the flakes, there are definitely some gems waiting on the other side.
August 23rd – September 22nd
This month may feel very transitional for you, and that sense of instability could definitely affect your approach to your love life. Your tendency to get a little unnerved when things feel like they’re beyond your control could make you want to batten down the hatches rather than open yourself up to love opportunities. Just remember that no matter what transitions life is currently offering up for you, love operates on its own timeline, and it may just find you when you least expect it.
September 23rd – October 22nd
This month, expect a breakthrough in your love life that will help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself from the challenges you’ve gone through recently. You’ll be able to see where you can take a little more responsibility to make your love life better, and you may also realize you want to look for a different type of partner than you have in the past—perhaps someone who is a friend first. This month will help you build new a foundation for a much deeper and more satisfying love life.
October 23rd – November 21st
The beginning of this month will be abundant for romance in your life. You may find yourself attracting a love interest that has the depth that you truly desire. Later in the month, however, you may begin to experience some personal challenges that will tempt you to shut out your love interest. If you’ve truly begun to trust them, consider taking these challenges as an opportunity to deepen your bond and dip a toe into more vulnerable space.
