Today i share how to make crunchy and crispy chickpeas in the air fryer. This spicy vegan healthy snack is so easy to whip up and can be enjoyed in so many ways including toping your salad with. I love my air fryer because i can use it to make so many healthy recipes like this crunchy chickpeas.

Air Fryer Chickpeas Recipe:
* 2 cups cooked chickpeas (you can use canned chickpeas)
* 1 teaspoon avocado oil or any oil of you choosing
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
* 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
* salt + pepper to taste

Mixed Spring Salad:
* 2 cups tightly packed spring mix greens
* half a medium avocado
* 1/4 medium red onion pickled
* 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved
* 3/4 cup air fryer roasted chickpeas
* 1 boneless chicken thigh sliced
* juice of half a lemon
* 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
* salt + pepper to taste
