Baked Turkey Burgers | The Gracious Pantry

These baked turkey burgers are the perfect oven-baked burger!

Turkey burgers are such an American classic. They are quick and tasty, but also very easy to enjoy on a clean eating meal plan. This recipe is one I’ve used for years. It’s about as easy as they come, and it’s positively delicious. Even Mini Chef can’t help but eat two of them at one sitting!

One of a batch of these Clean Eating Baked Turkey Burgers sits on a whole-grain bun, with the top bun sitting off to the side. You can see the meat patty sitting on a slice of red onion and bed of green lettuce.

They come together quickly and can be cooked just about any way you can cook a burger. The grill, the oven or the stove top… whatever your preference is.

Ground Turkey Recipes

Of all my ground turkey recipes, this is not only my most popular, but also my favorite. Turkey burgers are healthier than beef burgers and offer a lighter flavor that pairs well with just about any topping.

How To Make Turkey Burgers

I most often use the oven to bake these unless it’s super hot outside and I don’t want to heat up the kitchen. I just like the flavor and texture of these when cooked in the oven. Plus it’s easy to slip them in the oven, set a timer and walk away for a bit. No flipping on the grill or monitoring a skillet.

I enjoy serving these with sweet potato fries for Mini Chef. It’s a classic pairing with an extra kick in the nutrition department. We also enjoy a green salad along side that, which makes for a very filling dinner that gets absolutely zero complaints.

Serve on a bun with your favorite burger additions.

Another one of these Clean Eating Baked Turkey Burgers sits with the bun on, ready to eat.

Just remember to make some Clean Eating Ketchup and choose mustard that doesn’t have added sugar. (It’s amazing how many brands of mustard have added sugar!!) Top with any other favorite toppings like lettuce and tomatoes with a whole grain bun and you’ve got yourself a delicious classic the whole family will love.
