  1. Que lastima! Desearía que estuvieras en USA 😣 Tengo lastimada mi lower back ya por años y hay veces que me duele mucho. Pero aquí no te enseñan esos ejercicios y nadie te da masaje así.
    Se como usar en foam roller para estirar mis piernas y me ayuda pero no es lo mismo. Gracias por tus videos!!
