Woolgathering Review is a new international online literary magazine currently accepting prose, poetry, and art. Their first issue is now live to peruse and get a feel for what they like to publish. For more information, see my interview with Editor Tara Tulshyan with a link to submission guidelines below.
HOPKINSON: Tell me a little bit about Woolgathering Review and why was it started?
TULSHYAN: This magazine was established with a purpose to enable writers to explore their imagination beyond the conventional, and the common. We wanted to create a space where writers could showcase their imagination without any constraints or limitations. As writers and artists ourselves, we wanted a magazine that would grant us such freedom, and thus we decided to create the Woolgathering Review.
HOPKINSON: Who is your target reader audience?
TULSHYAN: Anyone who is keen to read the pieces of wandering minds!
HOPKINSON: What type of work are you looking for?
TULSHYAN: We want work that reinvents the common. We are open to anything, and if ever you have doubts about whether the piece will fit our style, just submit! We care for all the pieces sent to us, and as a group of editors all with different styles, I’m sure your pieces will strike a chord within one of us. All voices and stories are welcome in our journal.
HOPKINSON: Where can we send submissions?
TULSHYAN: Through our email, woolgatheringreview@gmail.com
HOPKINSON: If someone has a question, how can they contact you?
