    I surely do appreciate you and your time.
    I'm new too your channel and today I had started my Anti Inflammatory diet . Which I was told by my Naturalpath I had too try and go on for 6 weeks for starter. I'm on a strick diet and I choose YOU.
    Kayla, do you have any suggestions that can help and benifite me for Lymphatic drainage for a healthy diet too follow?? I rather use food instead of all herbal pills. Thank you so much.

  2. This is amazing thank you! So for meal prep, do you prep on sunday and eat throughout the whole week? I am always so scared that something I make, like the turkey hash will go bad by friday.

  3. Tip for y’all: lemons are so good for you but the juice dissolves enamel on your teeth. So try to use a straw to keep it off your teeth, rinse well afterwards with water, and try to finish it in a sitting instead of slow sipping. Stay healthy everybody 🙂

  4. dad's not supposed to eat fish, but he kept sneaking into the kitchen and picking off what he could from the salmon patties 😀 was a winner with sweet potato instead of pumpkin
