  3. Can I lose weight with this yoga routine? If yes, when is the right time to practice this yoga poses? How can I prevent myself from hurting especially when practicing this.just for an idea, How much calories will you burn in one session?

  4. The first two times I tried this video I had to pause and go to another video. Some tough movements for my brain and body to try and do. I guess third time is a charm! I did the whole video and will definitely revisit as it was still a challenge. ❤
