THE RECIPES

AIR FRYER CARROTS WITH YOGURT DIPPING SAUCE
Serves 2-4

Pair these carrots with:
Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

INGREDIENTS
1 lb (450g) baby carrots, peeled and trimmed
2-3 sprays of olive oil spray
½ tsp (2.5ml) of Garam Masala
1 tsp (5ml) fennel seeds
Salt to taste

DIPPING SAUCE:
½ cup (120ml) non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp (5ml) fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp (15 ml) fresh cilantro, chopped
Pinch of salt

METHOD:
Place carrots in a medium bowl, spray with olive oil, add spices and salt, toss until coated. Air fry at 375F (190C) for 10-15 mins.

For the dipping sauce, combine all ingredients and whisk until combined. Serve with the carrots

AIR FRYER BRUSSEL SPROUTS
Serves 2-4

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb (450g) small Brussel sprouts
2-3 sprays of olive oil spray
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup walnuts
¼ cup dried cranberries

METHOD:
Slice Brussel sprouts in half and place them in a medium bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Place in the air fryer at 375F (190C) for 13 minutes. Then add the walnuts and cranberries and cook for 1 more minute.

AIR FRYER BROCCOLI
Serves 2-4

INGREDIENTS:
10 oz (285g) of broccoli florets
2-3 sprays of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 garlic clove, sliced
1 tsp (5ml) Toasted Sesame oil
2 Tbsp (30ml) Raw Almonds
Pinch of red pepper flats

METHOD:
Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then add the sliced garlic.

Air fry at 375F (190c) for 10 mins. Then place in a serving bowl, drizzle with the toasted sesame oil, add the almonds and red pepper flakes
