It’s no secret around here that I love tofu. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

But not everyone feels the same, and this makes me sad. My theory is that most tofu haters simply haven’t had tofu done right. Cooking with tofu isn’t exactly intuitive, and it’s really easy to mess up and end up with a terrible tasting dish if you’re a tofu newbie.

The solution is a good, solid recipe. Well good news: today I’m sharing over 25 of my favorite, easy, delicious tofu recipes.
