Your podcast has completely changed not only my fitness routine and nutritional plan, but you’ve given me a better, healthier outlook on health, fitness, and life. I now have a better relationship with food, a better relationship with fitness, and a better self-image and self-confidence.

    Not to mention, I have never looked better in the mirror than I do now, and I have you all to thank for that. After years of ups and downs with my consistency, I have finally found a routine I can stick to long term. I’ve also built up my metabolism, and I’ve reached a place where I can eat 3,000+ calories a day and still burn fat, while continuing to progress in the gym.

    My question for you all is how do you calculate your macros and calories for a bulk? I’m currently eating 3100 and will crank that up to 3200 next week, then the week after I’ll drop it down to 2500-2700 for my mini cut.

    Background info I am a 21 year old kinesiology student on the Pre-Medicine track with a love for fitness. I found your podcast last year and have been an active listener ever since! I’ve been lifting for around 6-7 years, I’m 5’10” and weigh 180. I am in the middle of a 4-5 week bulk with a 1 week cut which I will run with until January-ish. My bench has always struggled with a max of 225 while my squat is 430 and deadlift 450. Because of this, I am in a bench-focused training block, upper-lower-prime/mobility-upper-lower-upper.

  6. The last question with Zach helped a lot. I'm a cop with 4 x 10+ hour shifts that change every year so I deal with lack of sleep. I'll have to figure out how to balance trying to push myself with listening to my tired brain and body lol.

  8. Used cardio extensively to train for my first bikini competition with OCB and placed 3rd. Going forward I'm hoping to use MAPS Anabolic to build muscle for upcoming shows and be able to maintain it over time. I'm so disappointed in gaining back weight post-show. It seems so defeating because with cardio you WERK your BUTT off. I'm very interested in this podcast to find a way to minimize cardio to only what's necessary. I feel like I'm straight addicted to cardio; it's been my "go-to" for such a long time in my fitness journey. Please help!

  9. This podcast honestly changed my life for the better in so many ways. The information you guys give out for free is honestly insane. I bought the MAPS Anabolic program through the October sale as well as the nutrition guide a few days prior to it. I feel like I have already learned so much just from the blueprints and the guides and I haven't even started yet (waiting on the rubberbanditz, foam roller and ab wheel to come in.) I seriously look forward to becoming a strong, big and educated bodybuilder. I gave up on it when I hit an aggressive plateau when I was 18 (25 now) and if I had the information then that I have now, I would've gone such a long way. But I am much more happy to start the right way now, than to have kept doing whatever bullshit I was doing then and keep absorbing bad info. Keep it up guys, we all appreciate what you do.

  10. Yo, I work at Starbucks and a Nitro Cold brew doesn’t have any more caffeine than normal cold brew.
