    Just finished the whole training, and holy crap the final ones are hard to do, tried my best but couldnt do all of them, hard to keep the balance. But other than that then it was pretty good πŸ™‚

  11. I've just started this workout and I am feeling the burn already πŸ˜‚ tho I have a question. This workout is meant for people who do it every single day of the week, or the results are still visible if we do it like 3 days a week? (obviously I understand that the results will come later and will depend on how I eat/metabolism/age/ecc.)
