  5. I usually keep my mouth shut if i have nothing good to say but a few things need to be highlighted as i feel this video is misinformed. These recipes are SHOCKINGLY high in carbs (sugar). Literally every meal has the highest carb load possible. Carbs like rice, oats, sweet potatoes and peas are quickly turned into glucose by your body which can lead to insulin resistance, adrenal problems, fatigue and diabetes and…weight gain. Add to that ripe bananas (pure sugar) and you have a desert, not a meal. There are far better options like chia seeds instead of oats, brown lentils instead of rice and even pumpkin/carrots instead of peas- far lower in carbs and higher in nutrition. NOT everything that grows from the ground is good for you! Much love and success to Yovana and her channel.

  6. Guys. lost a ton of weight doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'm going to give you some advice now. Get a popular diet plan program called Okibetonic Secrets (do a google search). Thanks to it I have lost tons of weight. I shouldn't even be speaking about it cause I don't really want lots of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am just in a great mood today so I'll share the wealth lol.

You’ll find out with senior men especially, we don’t have the patience to sit through a lecture of why and how something is good for us. However, you give me enough background to understand what I’m preparing. Love your channel and with it, I’m not only healthier, losing weight and happier, but you got my doctor off my back!
