    Day 2 : could feel my legs getting longer and elegant
    Day 3 : Completely different change the legs are skinny
    Day 4 : Legs becoming more thight
    Day 5 : Legs are little more thiner that yesterday
    Day 6 : Legs super skinny!!!!!
    Day 7 : Omg now my legs look like I'm a Kpop idol 🙂
    It's worth it!!!!!

  2. Hii im going to do updates of how it's going and I'll try to Remmeber to tell you guys bc i do have school 😅 but I'll try remember,
    I started this 14/1/23 and im going to say the end results on 21/1/23 ( started Saturday so next Saturday im going to say the results and how i felt through the process 😁😀😄 hope you guys have the motivation after reading this all!!! But im not done coming soooon!!😋

    Day 1: I was so tired and found alot of things hard and felt like i could just give up. ( i saw no changes but my legs were in pain) also i was drinking when the rest times came.

    Day 2: Doing this again i felt more flexible doing it just a tiny bit and my legs did hurt through out the day before doing the work out than after i felt good but kinda in pain with my legs and i was committed. (No changes yet but legs are stiff) also i drank nothing between the rest times and i was proud tbh.

    Day 3: I did it in the night having no motivation but i still did it and i felt rlly good after but i wasn't that tired after doing like i would be and i think im getting the hang of it but guys remember if you feel no pain at all after it, it means u didn't do it proper even if u did it for months because you would feel a tiny pain in ur leg or arm anywhere basically but yup.

  4. I have been doing this and here are my results!!❤❤❤ i do it twice a day!

    Day 1- It was easy not any results yet!
    Day 2 – Easy I have not seen any results
    Day 3- I see a small thigh gap

    Day 4- I see my legs a bit skinner or slim

    Day 5 I see a diffrence THANK YOU !!

    day 2: still my foot sore
    day 3: yup my foot about to go cream whatever itis
    day 4: not really hurt but still hurtful

    I haven't see any difference yet cuz my things so big

  6. As someone who never exercise, this is hard and hurt💀💀 but this make my legs slimmer than before since my thighs is really big while my body is skinny, good exercise 👌👍

  7. hello! I know I’m kind of late, I’m going to be recording my results! I am 11 years old and currently 48kilos. I really hope I don’t gain any muscle weight, as I’m trying to avoid that. going to update everyday!

    Day 1️⃣: felt tired, in the middle of the practise I went to eat, but feel abit more skinner in the tummy, excited for the results! See u tomorrow x
